CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least up to 24 hours before your scheduled time through our online booking system. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, same-day cancellations, or failure to show for an appointment may result in a cancellation or no-show fee up to 50% (or full service cost for longer services) If canceled within 24 hour window, you must reschedule to waive cancellation fee. This policy exists to respect the time reserved for your appointment and to ensure availability for all clients.
